b1 Cafe
The b.1 cafe has a huge range of free facilities for young people to use and enjoy. It's open to all young people, whether they've ever taken part in an LCET activity or not. We want it to be a safe and fun space that is welcoming to everyone.
Alongside the cafe area serving snacks, sweets and drinks, there's plenty of room to relax on the sofas. Upstairs there's table football, pool and other games. And, of course, the latest computer games are on hand to play on the Wii and Playstation.
The cafe programme includes special theme events and activities. Digital photography courses, drama, dance and art are all part of what's on offer. We also run a special 'Sanctuary' service for young people every Saturday afternoon.
The b.1 cafe is open on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm in term time and on some days during the week after school. There are also often special activities in holidays and half term.
